You can deposit multiple European fiat currencies to Coinmotion. The currency of your Coinmotion account is euro, so if you deposit funds in a different currency, they will convert to euros.
Coinmotion and the Coinmotion Wealth’s OTC services are available to users who reside in the EEA area, are at least 18 years old, and pass the account verification.
Our crypto prices are a real-time aggregate from several major exchanges with a 0.8-2% commission, depending on trading volume. Volume discounts start from 500 € trading volume. The discount is based on 90 days’ trading volume.
The minimum sum per trade is 5000 euros.
Making an OTC trade request takes a couple of minutes. We get back to you with the contract usually within 15 minutes. After you have signed the contract and transferred the money, we process the trade immediately. Usually the trade is done in less than an hour after making the request. OTC-trades are processed manually, so requests after 5pm Eastern European Time UTC +2 are processed the next business day.
The processing of your personal data and payments happens in a secure manner, and funds are stored safely in cold storage.
After completing the trade, we send you a receipt with details of the transaction. We send the receipt with a Coinmotion message, so you’ll find all the receipts from your Coinmotion account inbox.
Selling your Polkadot happens through a similar OTC process. Make a sales order with a Coinmotion message including the details of how much you want to sell, and we will complete the trade. Euros from the trade are paid to your Coinmotion account.
