Want to jump into one of the most exciting sectors right now? Prasos Oy is expanding its operations and we are looking for Bitcoin ninjas to join our customer service team. The role of the customer advisor is diverse and the job description includes assisting clients via chat, e-mail and telephone in both service and industry matters. Your work concentrates on serving our foreign customers in English and Spanish. Thus a good knowledge of Finnish, English and Spanish is required. Prasos Oy is the leading cryptocurrency service provider in the Nordic countries and one of the fastest growing financial technology companies in Finland. The FIN-FSA just granted Prasos a Payment Institution Licence as one of the first cryptocurrency operators in Europe and it is actively expanding its operations in Europe. We provide our clients with a comprehensive range of cryptocurrency brokerage services, and we will expand the capabilities of cryptocurrency investment to more traditional investors and institutions. We believe that cryptocurrencies will continue to grow. We want to continue to contribute to this growth, with even greater efforts. Full time job as a part of our team Working at Prasos is flexible and offers the opportunity to be involved in an interesting and dynamic field. There is no boring week in the cryptocurrency world and we want to keep our team's spirit refreshed organizing annual workshops abroad. We expect you to have a positive attitude and a keen interest in the cryptocurrency industry. The basic knowledge of the field would certainly be beneficial, but not required. Previous experience in customer service positions and good language skills are also considered an asset. The job available is full-time with a fixed monthly salary starting with a 6-month contract.
